University students have bad relationships with their friends due to their inability to reconnect.
Being overwhelmed with the thoughts of work and life gets in the way of building deeper relationships.
I created a more intuitive way for friends to get away from work and life, and focus on the people they care about.

THE SOLUTION
Nomira is a mobile web application designed to help users strengthen friendships through meaningful shared experiences. The platform reduces the friction of planning quality time by allowing users to discover, save, and organise bonding activities.
THE OUTCOME
The tone of voice and branding focus on nostalgia and creativity, using surrealist collage imagery and colourful visuals. The artefact was coded with CSS and Supabase to create a database that stores and organises activity information.
REFLECTION
This project challenged me to think beyond usability and consider how digital design can foster genuine human connection.
Throughout the process, I strengthened my skills in research, UX thinking, prototyping, and visual design while learning the importance of balancing emotional engagement with functional simplicity.
